Overview

Machine tool that, using 2D data, carves or cuts think wood materials or acryl sheets with a laser. Can process acryl (up to 5mm), wooden materials (up to 5mm), paper, felt (synthetic fibers), rubber made for laser processing, leather, etc. Not to be used on food.

Creating data

• Set color mode to “RGB Mode”
• Set document size to “Material size” or “Approx. data size”
• Create 1 art board
• It is possible to split data into layers
• Marking　→ Black (R:0, G:0, B:0) fill in, no lines
• Cutting　… Red (R:255, G:0, B:0)　Line width 0.001mm, no fill in
• Engraving　… Blue (R:0, G:0, B:255)　Line width 0.001mm, no fill in
• Item you want to cut last　… Green (R:0, G:255, B:0)　Line width 0.001mm, no fill in
• Save version for illustrator goes up to CS6

Maintenance

• Confirm position of table before machining
• When the dust collector exceeds 60%, temporarily stop machine and exchange tissue
• Check mirror and lens
• Remove any garbage underneath the honeycomb table after machining
• Whenever there is anything burned or stuck underneath the table, use the Magiclean, then wipe with a damp cloth, and wipe with a dry cloth
